Is there a fee for an estimate?

No, estimates are free. Our estimators are available
during our regular business hours to give you an estimate.

How long does an estimate take?

Allow approximately 30 minutes for us to inspect your vehicle
and write an estimate. The estimate may take longer if the
damage is extensive or you have a customized vehicle.

Do I have to get multiple estimates?

No. You are not required to obtain more than one estimate.

Insurance Claims

Does Eckles accept claims from all insurance companies?

Yes. Eckles accepts claims from all insurance companies and
we will be happy to assist you with filing your claim.

Repairs

Does Eckles repair all makes and models of vehicles?

How long will it take to repair my vehicle?

There is no standard time period.
Duration depends on the extent of the damage,
availability of parts, and your insurance adjuster's timeliness.

Rental Cars

How do I obtain a rental car?

Hertz Rent-a-Car is located on site and they
will be happy to help you arrange a rental car.

Payment

When is my deductible due?

Your deductible is due upon completion of your vehicle.

Do I have to pay my deductible?

Yes. The law and your insurance policy require collection of your deductible.

What methods of payment are accepted?

Eckles accepts all major credit cards,
checks upon approval and of course, cash.
